Responsibility Statement and Liability Disclaimer
Agreement between the client and us
We reserve the right, without penalty, to make changes to published itineraries and/or withdraw the trip planners announced, whenever, in our judgment, conditions warrant, or if we deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the clients.
Dates, schedules, trip planner details, and costs, although provided in good faith based on information available at the time of publication in our site or sent through emails, are subject to change and revision. All clients must ensure they are medically and physically fit to travel.
Clients are required to advise the provider, in advance, of any physical, medical, or other special needs that require accommodating.
We reserve the right, without penalty, to decline to accept any person as a participant in a tour, or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any time, if that individual’s participation poses a direct threat to health or safety.
Since we do not own or manage hotels, restaurants, or venues used as such, we are not liable for the non-performance or improper performance of these, hence we assume no responsibility for inconvenience, loss, or damage, any cancellations caused by the proprietors or operators.
Baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the client. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage of baggage or any of the passenger’s belongings. Passengers should report any lost items to our drivers/ guides, who will assist in completing a lost property form that can be used for any insurance claim.
Booking on behalf of others
By booking on behalf of other participants, you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every participant included in that booking. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with your booking, notifying us if any changes or cancellations are required and keeping your party informed.
By booking on behalf of another person or persons, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate and we will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking.
Personal Insurance
Personal insurance is not included. It is your responsibility to take out appropriate travel insurance. Although we and our guides will always strive to ensure your personal safety, we cannot be held responsible for the personal safety of participants. Each participant shall be fully responsible for his/her personal health, medical needs, and safety.
We are not responsible or liable for loss, damage, or theft of luggage or personal belongings, illness, disappointments, or frustrations while on tour, nor are we responsible for any type of trip interruption due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. To avoid charges for cancellation due to covered reasons, we highly recommend the purchase of a comprehensive travel insurance.
Appeals
Should the tour lead to appeals or damages, these are to be communicated immediately, in writing, to the guide. The guide, however, shall not have the right to acknowledge claims, for which reason a confirmation shall not have the effect of an acknowledgment of wrongdoing.
The guide will make every effort, within the confines of the program and the possibilities available, to remedy the situation. Should the situation be insufficiently remedied or not be remedied, or the client wishes to make damage claims, these must be received by us within four weeks of the contractual end of the tour or activity. The client’s appeal is to be accompanied by the confirmation of the tour or activity provider/activity leader as well as any other relevant evidence. In the case of delayed complaints or complaints with omissions during the activity or delayed submissions of the claims at the booking agency, all appeals will be deemed invalid.
Liability
Damage claims against us are excluded unless the damage was caused intentionally or due to gross negligence. We are authorized to have assistants or call on third parties to provide valued services. Should we lawfully transfer the execution of the tour or activity to a third party, we shall not be held responsible for the third party’s actions or neglect during execution of the activity. We will especially not be held responsible for damages which are caused by the actions or neglect of the activity leader should this conduct not fall under his/her contracted responsibility; as cause of actions of third parties, other clients, the client (especially under point 1), in the event of adverse weather conditions or matters beyond our control, the event or part of it may be canceled, postponed or delayed. In such an event, at our sole discretion, we may assist you to arrange an alternative event, or we may give you a credit toward a future booking. We will not be liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by clients in such circumstances.
Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Important Notice about Athens Airport Transfers:
Due to the recent parking regulations at the Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos (AIA) arrivals area, your meeting with the driver will take place after the exit of the arrivals hall, at A1/A5 (depending on your destination).
You simply need to let your driver know that you have collected all your baggage. Then they come to meet & greet you at A1/A5 arrivals hall holding a whiteboard or a tablet with your name. We typically get in touch through WhatsApp.
We track all flights, so don’t worry about potential delays, we are always outside waiting for you.
In the unfortunate event of baggage loss, your driver will still be outside waiting for you to finish all the necessary procedures. Yet, there will be an extra charge of 15 EUR per additional hour that the cab driver will need to wait upon the end of the baggage claim.
