For Day Trips & Private Transfers:
- Full Refund: Cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled service.
- 50% Refund: Cancel between 24 and 72 hours before your service.
For Multi-Day Private Tours:
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Full Refund: Cancel at least 3 months before your tour.
- 50% Refund: Cancel between 2 and 3 months before your tour.
Good to Know:
- No Hidden Fees: We never charge money-on-hold or other booking fees.
- What’s Not Included: Meals, accommodation, and licensed tour guides are not included unless specifically arranged.
- Payment Processing: A card processing fee (approx. 3-4%) applies to full-day and multi-day tours.

Important Notice about Athens Airport Transfers:
A day before your flight, you will receive an email or text message with all the necessary info related to your private transfer (driver’s name, make/model, plate nr and driver’s phone nr). Your driver will get in touch with you upon your arrival through WhatsApp or Apple iMessage.
Due to the recent parking regulations and new developments at the Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos (AIA) arrivals area, you need to let your driver know that you got all your baggages before meeting him/her. Then he/she will coordinate your pick up spot at your best convenience. We usually get in touch through WhatsApp or Apple iMessage apps.
We track all flights, so don’t worry about potential delays, we are ALWAYS outside waiting for you.
In the unfortunate event of baggage loss, your driver will still be outside waiting for you to finish all the necessary procedures. Yet, there will be an extra charge of 15 EUR per extra hour that the cab driver will need to wait upon the end of the baggage claim.
